UK shipping options
1) Standard — FREE (4–5 business days, tracked)
Automatically applied at checkout for UK addresses. Includes full tracking updates.
2) Express — £4–£7 (1–2 business days, tracked)
Pricing depends on sign size/weight bracket; the correct rate shows at checkout.
Typical size brackets & guide rates (for convenience; checkout always shows the final price):
- Mini/Desktop signs (≈ up to 30 cm) → ~£4
- Standard signs (≈ 31–90 cm) → ~£5.50
- Large signs (≈ 100 cm+) → ~£7
Size is measured on the longest side of the sign (or packaged dimensions). If your order includes multiple items, the system selects the applicable bracket automatically.
Europe & International shipping
We ship worldwide. Transit times vary by region and service level shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility and are charged by your local customs authority upon import.
Tracking & delivery notifications
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us. From there, the courier will provide delivery scans and (where supported) delivery-window updates.
Packaging & damage on arrival
We pack every sign securely with protective materials. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with your order number and clear photos/video so we can arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy. (Unauthorized returns may not be processed; use a trackable service if sending anything back.)
Address changes, missed deliveries & re-delivery
- Change of address: If you need to update the address before dispatch, contact us. After dispatch, the courier may allow in-flight changes.
- Missed delivery: Couriers will attempt re-delivery or route to a local collection point/pick-up shop (where available).
- Access notes: Add any gate codes or safe instructions at checkout (subject to courier policies).
Production notes (made-to-order signs)
Most custom orders begin production after we’ve confirmed details. Typical production time is 5–7 business days; complex or high-volume orders may need a little longer. We’ll keep you posted and send tracking once shipped.
