These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of signeon360.com and any related services, including purchasing products, requesting design proofs, creating an account, contacting support, and participating in promotions (collectively, the “Services”).By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts or orders if we suspect misuse, fraud, or policy violations. 3) Orders, acceptance & availability Offer & acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we dispatch or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing or stock errors, suspected fraud). Custom products. Many items are bespoke/made-to-order. Production generally starts after artwork/proof approval and payment confirmation. Typical production time of ~5–7 business days before shipping (actual timelines may vary by design/volume). Signeon 360 Design & proofing. If you purchase a proofing/design service, it includes unlimited revisions until you approve. The “Design & Proofing Service” page notes communication with our Neon Filter design team and provides an email for faster file handoff. 4) Pricing, taxes, duties & promotions Prices & currency. Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout and may change without notice until your order is accepted. Taxes & duties. Applicable sales tax/VAT is calculated at checkout where required. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by customs in the destination country. Promotions. From time to time we advertise promotions such as “Free shipping for all orders with 4-5 Days Shipping in UK”, newsletter 10% first-order discount, coupons up to £100, and free gift wrapping. Each promo is subject to the specific terms and duration shown on the site or in the offer, may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion, and may not be combined unless stated. 5) Payments We use third-party payment processors. Your card/payment details are processed by the processor; we do not store full card numbers or CVV on our servers. Payment must clear before production/dispatch. 6) Shipping, delivery & risk Worldwide delivery. We ship to the UK and internationally (shipping methods/options shown at checkout). Site guidance notes production time (~5–7 business days) plus shipping time depending on location. Signeon 360 Risk of loss. Title and risk pass on delivery to the shipping address you provide (or on collection, if offered). Please check packages on arrival and report any visible damage promptly (see Returns). 7) Returns, refunds & exchanges We aim to get every order right the first time. Because many items are custom-made, our returns approach reflects that: Notify within 14 days. If an item arrives damaged/defective or there is another issue, contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photos/video; we’ll review and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method (typically 5–7 business days after approval). Signeon 360 Custom items. For custom-made products, refunds are generally provided only for clear manufacturing errors or if we shipped the incorrect item. Signeon 360 Exchanges. We don’t offer direct exchanges for customs due to their personalized nature; where an item arrives damaged/defective, an approved replacement will be arranged. Pre-made designs may be exchangeable subject to availability. Signeon 360 Return shipping. Unless the issue is our error, you are responsible for return postage; use a trackable service. International returns may incur customs/handling fees. Return authorization is required before sending anything back. Signeon 360 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights. 8) Warranty Site FAQs state a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on neon signs. Contact support if you experience an issue; we’ll troubleshoot and, if applicable, repair or replace. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper installation, misuse, normal wear, or unauthorised modifications. 9) Artwork, proofs & color/size tolerances Proof approval. You are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs (spelling, dimensions, layout, colours). Production proceeds after your approval. Signeon 360 Variations. Display differences (screens/brightness), handcrafted fabrication, and materials may cause minor variations in colour/brightness/finish and cut/placement within customary tolerances; such variation is not a defect. 10) Installation, use & safety Unless expressly stated, products are intended for indoor use. Outdoor-suitable options may be available on request—please specify at the time of ordering so we can advise and configure accordingly. Follow all included instructions and local electrical regulations; where hardwiring is required, use a qualified professional. (See FAQs about indoor/outdoor options and safety.) 11) Reviews & user content If you submit a review, photo, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content in connection with the Services and our marketing, in accordance with applicable law. You must own the rights to the content you submit and ensure it is accurate and lawful. 12) Intellectual property All site content, product images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to SigNeon360 and protected by IP laws. You may not use our marks or content without prior written consent. Approved design proofs remain our IP until paid in full; upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased sign as intended. 13) Prohibited conduct You agree not to:(a) misuse the site (e.g., introduce malware, scrape without permission, attempt to gain unauthorised access); (b) infringe others’ rights; (c) place speculative or fraudulent orders; (d) Use the Services to violate the law. 14) Third-party services & links Our site may link to third-party platforms (e.g., courier tracking, social, chat). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before using. 15) Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption; (c) damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. 16) Force majeure We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, strikes, shortages, shipping/customs disruptions, or internet outages). 17) Changes to the Services and to these Terms We may update products, pricing, and policies from time to time.
