Due to the custom nature of these products, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, particularly if the item is personalized or if it was created based on specific design requests. Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help make it right. Please follow these steps to request a refund:

Shipping Returns
