At SigNeon360, we build neon signs to last. This Standard Warranty explains what’s covered, what isn’t, and how to get help if something goes wrong.

1) What this warranty covers

  • Neon signs (LED neon): All SigNeon360 neon signs are covered by a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal, intended use. Signeon360
  • Scope of coverage: During the warranty period, if your sign develops a defect caused by materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the defective part/product at our discretion.

Tip: Production typically takes 5–7 business days. Warranty service follows similar handling timelines once your case is approved.

2) What isn’t covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage in transit not reported promptly upon delivery (see Returns Policy for DOA claims and reporting instructions).
  • Improper installation or use, including use with incorrect power supplies, exposure to voltage surges, or wiring modifications.
  • Outdoor exposure when the sign was not ordered/approved as weather-resistant; outdoor suitability must be requested at order time.
  • Accidental damage, drops, crushing, water ingress (for non-outdoor units), cosmetic wear, scratches, or damage from cleaning agents/solvents.
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications, including cutting, re-soldering, or altering acrylic backboards, LED tubing, or cabling.
  • Normal characteristics of handcrafted items such as minor variations in colour/brightness or micro-tolerances in cut/placement.

For items that arrive damaged, please contact us promptly and keep all packaging; our team will arrange a repair/replacement under our return/DOA process.

3) Warranty period

  • Neon signs: 1 year from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
  • Accessories (power supplies, dimmers, mounts): Covered by the warranty only as stated on the relevant product page or package. If a different period applies, it will be specified there. (Where none is stated, consumer rights still apply under local law.)

4) Who is covered

  • This warranty applies to the original purchaser of products bought directly from signeon360.com.
  • It is non-transferable unless required by local consumer law.

5) How to make a warranty claim

Contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the problem:

Our assessment. We’ll review your case (we may request additional photos/video). If approved, we’ll confirm whether we’ll repair, replace, or provide another remedy.

Return/repair logistics. If a return is needed, we’ll share instructions. Please use a trackable service for any authorised return so your parcel can be located in transit.

6) Remedies

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, at our discretion we will:

  • Repair the product; or
  • Replace it with the same or an equivalent model (colour/brightness may vary slightly due to manufacturing lots); or
  • Provide another remedy consistent with consumer law.

Replacement units or parts may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days (whichever is longer), unless local law provides otherwise.

7) Installation & usage guidance (keep your warranty valid)

  • Use only compatible power supplies and accessories.
  • Do not bend/crimp LED neon tubing, pinch cables, or drill through acrylic backboards.
  • For outdoor installations, ensure the sign has been specified as weather-resistant at order time and is installed per guidance (protected placement, appropriate fixings, suitable power ingress).

8) Damage on arrival (DOA) & transit issues

If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, please notify us promptly (ideally within 14 days of receipt) with your order number and clear photos/video so we can arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.

9) Limits & your statutory rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, event costs).
  • Nothing in this warranty limits any non-excludable consumer rights you have under applicable law (e.g., UK consumer rights).
